So today I decided to search on Cincinnati.MD for research on the after-effects of the Depo Provera shot. I have chronic endometriosis and haven't had a cycle since I was 19! By the time I am 30 I have 1% chance of having a baby. Ready or not, I'm 27 and it's time to start the process because it could take awhile or maybe not even work at all. I have been doing the shot for nine months in order to clean out my system in hopes of naturally getting pregnant. I had no idea the average weight gain for women on the shot is 5-10 pounds per YEAR! I'm gonna hope that is why I went from 114 to now 117/118. Holy smokes...imagine if I was still heavy!!! Tricking my body into menopause has been fun, let me tell you. The hot flashes, moodiness, weight gain, and headaches have been unreal. I'm really excited that I have to do this again someday. Just keep your fingers crossed that my husband and I don't have to go through thousands of dollars for fertility treatments. Hopefully knowing the amount of pain I could be in my doctor's will be diligent about taking me through the process as fast as possible.

1 cup eggplant, mushrooms, and low-fat mozzarella cheese casserole

100 calorie pack
